Status:Feed is working as intended, but MPD has begun encrypting their transmissions. I am not able to do anything about this. Looking into changing this into a different feed.

For this feed I will only be broadcasting one frequency:
Police 1 Dispatch Frequency 155.61000 FCC Callsign: WPOZ327 (MISSOULA, CITY OF)
Intent is to restore scanner feed to Missoula area which was lost earlier this year. Equipment used is RTL-SDRv3 with dipole antenna, broadcast via dedicated Raspberry Pi 4. RPi is hardline connected to router to prevent signal loss/degredation and is using the bcfy RPi4 image.
