Lake Havasu City Municipal Airport (KHII) is a non-towered general aviation airport nestled in the western foothills of the Mohave Mountains in Mohave County, Arizona. Havasu Air Center, the local Fixed Based Operator (FBO), was recently awarded a government contract to refuel military aircraft at the airport.

The air-to-air communication monitored on this feed is on Common Traffic Advisory Frequency (CTAF) 122.7 MHz. The broadcasting radio providing the feed is a Uniden BC125AT handheld scanner connected to a custom-built, half-wave dipole indoor antenna with a resonant frequency of approximately 122 MHz.
