D130NJ Discone Antenna -> RTL SDR -> RPi3 -> P25 via OP25 -> Liquid Soap -> NBN FW (all on solar batt backup)

RPi3 gives lowest power usage, but the simplest for sdr beginners is to start with sdr# or sdrtrunk (Trunk/P25) windows software
