Los Angeles City Fire and EMS Dispatch - South Division

Los Angeles Fire Department(LAFD) Fire and EMS Dispatch - South Division. South Division is generally considered everything south of Mulholland Drive, including East and West Los Angeles, to the southernmost point of San Pedro. However, both channels are conventional analog simulcast throughout the City of Los Angeles. This feed will be South Division (((Stereo))) dispatch. The left will monitor: fire dispatch channel 7 on 859.4375 MHz and the Right will monitor: medical dispatch channel 4 on 857.9375 MHz. Equipment: Harris, Scan Radio, D28MCX Receiver: (1) for each channel. Barix Instreamer. The equipment is rack mounted, external roof mounted antenna, UPS, housed in a climate controlled server room located in downtown Los Angeles.
