TXWARN P25 Phase II trunked system. Includes:

  • HPD primary dispatch — all patrol divisions across the City of Houston
  • HPD Fox — helicopter unit dispatch
  • Harris County Constables — Precinct 4 and Precinct 5 dispatch

Operated by KI4GIP from Houston, TX (grid EL29). Feed is monitored 24/7
by an array of RTL-SDR and AirSpy software-defined radios decoding the
TXWARN trunked control channel in real time, with automatic failover and
watchdog recovery. Hardware and uptime details published at the operator
