Feed Notes

This feed covers the rural Elko county wildland fire operations, both ground and air unit frequencies. Coverage includes NDF Dispatch, SOA, Fireground, FF Local, A/G 8, A/G 49 and A/G 15, as well as all 4 Red Tactical channels and all AM VHF channels in use in our region.

Station is located 18 miles northeast of Elko, NV at 5600' ASL. Equipment consists of a Bearcat BCD-996XT scanner, Pro-Scan software, dedicated PC to stream audio and log event, Austin Spectra antenna and redundant power supplies for all of the equipment.

This station also serves as a private weather station and features 3 cameras that pan across the valley. There is also a livestreaming video camera that has the same audio feed as Broadcastify on top of one of my hills that can see the entire valley. Please visit Elko Nevada Weather.
