A non-profitable group, wherein members comes from private sectors that includes, young professionals, businessman, students, Overseas Filipino Workers, Teachers, and simple people who has the helping hand for the service of the fellow Filipino people, by assisting trough radio communications; during fire, search and rescue operations, calamities, crowd control and election watch. accepting voluntary services from different government agencies such as, Department of Communication, Bureau, Philippines National Police and many more.
