Talkgroups scanned on Dare County P25 800MHZ simulcast system:

  • Fire (includes dispatch and TAC talkgroups)
  • EMS (including Dare Medflight)
  • Ocean Rescue (including beach lifeguard talkgroups)
  • Public safety interop frequencies (including assigned NC VIPER system patches)
  • Unencrypted law enforcement operations frequencies (only used during events, no dispatch traffic)

VHF channels are no longer scanned. Dare County Sheriff's Dept ("DCSO") and town police departments "Beach Law")  are encrypted and no longer able to be received. 

Feed is currently provided by a Uniden SDS200 scanner and roof mounted antenna
