Sally port is the large cage the Sheriffs office has to unload prisoners at Franklin co Jail. The gates are operated from inside the Jail. You will hear daily ( have jail raise sally port)

On USFS (United State Forest Service) 168.775 you will here the Ranger identify Himself/herself  first, what repeater he/she is using and then the name of the individual he or she is trying to reach or will just simply say Dispatch or  Gainesville office. I have noticed they they generaly do not use Call signs or IDs. The only ID that I have heard used was USFS air units.

USFS seams to have repeaters I know on Brass Town Bald and Glassy Mountain. I have read that their could possibly be one located in Blairsville and one in Clarksville.

GA Forestry in this area is District 2. It covers most of North east GA and Franklin Co. Not every county has its own Post but Franklin co does and their are I know personally 3 that work at that office maybe more, But when forestry keys up on the repeater you will hear

Name of Unit and County (Franklin 60), which repeater system they are on (Stephens repeater) then they will identify what unit they are calling  (Franklin 61 ) or will say Catoosa east / dispatch.

Recently added our local airports CTAF Frequencie which is for un maned air fields. Its a general calling frequencie for aircraft to let other air craft in the area know what they are doing. Ex cessna 170 N973JM will be landing at 18A down wind aproach.
