***The province of Ontario is gradually changing over to the Public Safety Radio Network (PSRN) P25 Phase II trunking system. These new talkgroups will be encrypted and therefore will not be able to be monitored. MTO and MOH (EMS) have already moved and OPP will be there soon.***
