Red River Valley Amateur Radio Club (RRVARC) UHF Repeater

The Red River Valley Amateur Radio Club (RRVARC) has been in operation using call sign WB5RDD for over 50 years.  Our Club recently changed from a VHF (146.76 Mhz) primary to a UHF (444.500 Mhz) primary.  We do an information net on Monday at 1900 Central and when National Weather Service Fort Worth Texas requests we activate a weather net.  We have an open repeater (no membership required) and we run analog only in order to provide use for as many amateur "ham" radio operators as possible.  Our repeater covers Lamar County (Paris, Texas) and surrounding counties in northeast Texas and southeast Oklahoma.  More information is available at WWW.RRVARC.ORG.  RRVARC is an IRS 501(c)3 tax exempt organization.
