Issue with feed seems to be resolved sorry about that, trunk recorder wasn't decoding the P25 Stream. Should be working now.

Pulled UFPD, GPD covers the University, lots of unnessary traffic I am not interested in... If you want to listen to UFPD suggest using the calls feature of Broadcastify. As I'm sending that data behind the scenes

Sorry for the issues, ended up refactoring some of the code used on the backend to make it easier to manage. 
 - Switched to a new Encoder in Liquidsoap (shine) for use on RPi 
 - Tweaked some trunk-recorder settings (digitalLevals = 6) and the vcoder is now a hardware based one...

Removed bad RTL Dongle that was making garbled recordings.
