About Cumberland Fire & EMS:
CFEMS is an all volunteer fire and combination career/volunteer EMS system serving the citizens and visitors of Cumberland County. Cumberland comprises a land area of 300 square miles of which approximately 9,700 people call their home. Cumberland is home to Bear Creek Lake State Park, a popular summer camping and recreation destinaton. We are bordered by the counties of Powhatan, Goochland, Fluvanna, Buckingham, Prince Edward, Amelia, and the Town of Farmville. Given the unique shape of Cumberland, we routinely respond to calls with mutual aid from our neighboring partners. Be sure to give their feeds a listen, too!
