This feed is provided by a Uniden BC350C scanner, with audio being fed into a CentOS 5 (Linux) server running darkice, which encodes the audio and feeds it to the RadioReference servers. This is a new feed -- not the same one that was online back in April 2011 prior to the tornadoes. I do not know what happened to that feed, so I am providing a replacement for everyone's use. Enjoy!
UPDATE (August 2012): It came to my attention that somehow, I managed to set this all up with the MIC input of the sound card, when it had a perfectly good and working LINE in. I've switched it over to the LINE in, and re-adjusted all the audio levels. You should notice much cleaner audio at this point. Sorry for the inconvenience!
