Feed Notes

This feed contains Fire related talkgroups from the San Bernardino County 800mhz trunked radio system located on Quartzite Mountain (North of Victorville, CA).   http://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/San_Bernardino,_County_of_(Public_Safety)_01

San Bernardino County areas from Cajon Pass to Baker, and east from Wrightwood to Lucerne Valley.

1-FIRE-2 (800mhz Dispatching)

1-FIRE-1 (800mhz County area responses)  Baker, Wrightwood, Phelan, Trona, Lucerne Valley units operate via this channel.  Dispatchers also "multi-select" this channel with 4-Fire-1 and 5-Fire-1, therefore, you'll hear one-way traffic from the dispatcher to field units in those areas.

1-FGND-2 (fireground2) temp being used for a command channel. Hesperia, Helendale, Victorville, Adelanto, Apple Valley operate via this channel.

1-FGND1, 1-FGND3, 1-FTAC1, 1-FTAC2, 1-EMS, 1-HAZMAT (incident tactical channels which are occasionally used for training)

When there is no 800mhz radio traffic, the system monitors several FIRE related VHF channels heard in the Victor Valley: CalFire Command and Local Nets, Interoperability tac channels, CALCORD, & local govt. tac channels (800mhz will automatically take priority)

Thanks for listening!
