This feed covers AAR channels 46 (160.8) and AAR 64 (161.07) on the NS Southern Tier Line in Chemung County and slightly into Steuben. Locomotive coverage almost to CP Gibson to SR 263 (Wellsburg NY). This feed covers operations in the Elmira yard,HOST terminal, Anchor Glass and the road channel from CP Gibson to SR 263. Gang Mills dispatch side can be heard and some times ground communications.
