Dedicated computer is a dell Optiplex GX240 running Windows XP Professional. Scanner is a Uniden Bearcat BCD396T. Broadcasting all City of McKinney Police, Fire, and EMS talkgroups. Audio is being routed through a a Digital Signal Processor (DSP) to minimize the objectional encryption sounds.
