San Diego County Regional Communication System (RCS) mutual aid talkgroups and local/state inter-agency frequencies. RCS talkgroups include Blue, LE commands, county calls, EOS, ICS, helicopter hailing for fire/police/medical, fire and LE dispatch center calling talkgroups. Conventional frequencies will include San Diego Mutual Aid Radio System, Inter Services, California Mutual Aid Radio System, and California Hwy Patrol Blue.
