Welcome to the Jackson County Public Safety & MSWIN live scanner feed. This feed is provided free of charge on a volunteer basis. The feed is running on a 24/7 schedule through a dedicated server on a Uniden BCD396T Digital Scanner. Software is Proscan's RadioFeed version 1.13. This feed provides TEXT-TAGS for all transmissions. In order to see the text-tags you will need to download, install, and use the free Winamp Player, or SELECT JAVA WEB PLAYER from the list. If a large-scale emergency occurs the feed will most likely be paused on the active agency handling the emergency.

If you hear a unit calling 'Biloxi' this is going to be either MHP or DMR. Both agencies for the MS Coast are dispatched out of Biloxi, so they use the name 'Biloxi' for their dispatch's callsign. MHP units are designated by K preceeded by a number (example: K16, K8 etc.) When DMR talks on the radio its usually going to be marine (water/boat) related traffic.

This feed DOES NOT broadcast any channels or talkgroups for any agency on Harrison County's system, which includes the cities of D'Iberville, Biloxi, Gulfport, Longbeach, & Pass Christian. All LAW ENFORCEMENT agencies in Harrison County CAN NOT be scanned with current technology. So please don't ask me to provide a feed for Harrison County law enforcement, it's not going to happen.

NOTICE:

This feed will not broadcast any car-to-car, dedicated SWAT, CID, NARCOTICS, TASK FORCE, or EVENT channels & talkgroups. These are prohibited by Radio Reference's rules, and my personal guidelines for the feed. The only channels/talkgroups that will be broadcasted are the primary/dedicated dispatch ONLY. For safety reasons there is a timed delay from an actual RF transmission to when it's sent out over the feed.
