Hampton Roads area repeaters 145.170, 145.250, 145.330, 146.220, 146.610, 146.700, 146.790, 146.820, 146.850, 147.075, 147.375, 224.400, 224.740, 224.860, 442.950, 443.800, 444.000, 444.475, & 444.675.  All frequencies being scanned by a Radio Shack PRO-2052.  Antenna currently being used is a multiband mag mount antenna stuck in a window in Norfolk.  Working on getting a better antenna for this scanner and up a little higher.
