145.800 - International Space Station - Is rarely heard and is only heard when over the central portion of the United States. 
Is only heard in 6 Minute Spans while flying over.

155.055 - I.R.E.A.C.H. - Is heard when Life Flight is responding to a call. Most of the time, not always, this is the frequency they use to communicate with Emergency Crews at the site of the Emergency.
