The KY4KY repeater is used for SKYWARN in the Louisville, Kentucky area and is also one of the most popular in central Kentucky, due to it having a very large coverage from it's transmitter location height. The top of the antenna is 1110 feet above sea level located on top of a large hill on the south side of louisville, overlooking the surrounding area with clear views in all directions.
