This feed is located just east of Hagerstown off of Jefferson Blvd. The scanner (Pro-2006 into a WinXP box) monitors all low-band analog channels which are now being used for dispatch/paging and possibly mutual aid patches???, as well as 154.28 MHz mutual aid.
