This is an official feed from the Verdugo Fire Communication Center. Verdugo provides Fire & EMS dispatch for 12 cities in Los Angeles County:

(((Stereo Feed))) Left = Dispatch Red-1 TG 33616 (no alpha tag) *** Right = Red-2 TG 33632, Red-3 TG 33648, Red-4 TG 33664, & Red-5 TG 33680 with alpha tags. At this time, both channels are fed from separate Uniden BCD996T scanners, but the Red-1 feed wlll be moved to a feed directly out of the dispatch console system at Verdugo.
