Most agencies are now using the SAFE-T Statewide 800 Trunked System.  I am running a digital scanner now on the 800 System and am working on attempting to get better antenna placement as the control signal fades in this area.

Wabash County, EMA, N Manchester PD are on 800.  Wabash County Fire Agencies are still on VHF as is Wabash Police.

 6-15-12 Antenna placement seems to be helpng.  Still some fade but now much more reliable.  I am working on getting NMPD Digital VHF on board as they do not use the State 800 System because of coverage issues in Manchester.
