That covers all the agencies (except Illinois State Police District 19) that provide emergency services to the Wabash County, Illinois area. This feed is a 1-State (Illinois) 1-County (Wabash) feed only. It's merely a change from 4 counties to 1 county only. The other request I submitted (Five Rivers Emergency Response Network) will cover all 4 counties.
