101-Sheriff
102-Chief Deputy
First number of patrol unit is the shift.(1 thru 4)
x04 is a lieutenant a shift/unit commander
x05 is a sergeant
x06-up are LEOs
Two Digit IDs are Jail officers (example 54)
Three digit IDs are Sworn LEOs
1xx, 2xx, 3xx, 4xx are Patrol Division
5xx are Court Bailiffs and process servers
7xx are specialty units
8xx are Detectives
9xx are Vice units
IDs beginning with letters are Warrant, SROs, and NC State Probation Units
"Control" is the Control Room of the Davidson County Jail
"C-COM" is the Davidson County 911 Center (also used on the Fire and EMS channels) "Communications" is the same as "C-Com"
"Sheriffs’ Office" is the patrol clerks and license and warrant checks (other agencies might call it the information channel)
500 is the on duty Magistrate (a judicial official).
515 is the supervisor of Court Bailiffs working in Court rooms
72x are Sworn LEO Animal Control (example 725)
