Feed Notes

This stream will go dark sometime Sunday, May 11, 2014.  What started as a personal feed for a dad to take his boy to the tracks in Leechburg, PA, has evolved to at least 180 folks who have accessed this channel.  Thank you and I am very sorry, but am moving to a different area of Pittsburgh.  The Good News:  1)  An expert Conemaugh Line fan (and this guy is the real deal, too) is hard at work attempting to set up a new feed that we may all use  -- Good luck Scotty 87!, and 2)  I am making extensive upgrades to my rig as well, and will re-fire on the west side of Pittsburgh in a few weeks, rail scanner gods willing.  With the help of a knowledgeable HAM radio operator, I am hoping to cover the downtown portion of the WLE, Ohio Valley, CSX Main, and NS CONL, MONL, and PIT up to and including Conway.  Please e-mail me at brbernas_at_gmail_dot_com if you want to be added to the mailing list when I go live again for testing and feed refinement.

Thanks:  Scotty87, AJ in Latrobe, that young man whose name I forgot but we had a great day with him, his dad, and my son at ConPit (and also once when getting sprayed with blowing snow by the CofG in Latrobe with his mom), the guy from Rochester whose wife sits there all afternoon at the bowling alley while he photographs, cravenmoorhead who spots everything in Manor, and all the spotters in Penn, PA.  Lastly, a special thank you all spotters in Etna, Blawnox, Harmar, Springdale, Tarentum, Freeport, Hyde Park, and Vandergrift who let us know when Heritage Units are making their way up the line -- you're the best, and you make being a cool dad easy.

See you all soon.  Brad
