Here is a breakdown of Law Enforcement Dispatching in the State of Delaware:

There are 3 Counties in the State. Each County has its own centralized dispatching for agencies in their County. We will concentrate on New Castle County.

ReComm: Dispatches Delaware State Police. Delaware State Police cover State Roads, Interstate Hwys, and patrol UNincorporated towns which DO NOT have their own Police Dept. ReComm DISPATCHES Police for the INcorporated towns that HAVE their own Police Dept. Very few towns/cities that have a PD dispatch their own, except where indicated.

New Castle Co. Police Dept.: NCCo PD dispatches their own. They cover County Roads, and INcorporated cities/towns that do not have their own PD.

The City of Wilmington, the Town of Smyrna, the City of Newark, University of Delaware, and the Delaware River Bay Authority have their own police force, and dispatch their own officers.

The TGs that are streamed COVER 100% of NCCo Law Enforcement Dispatching, except for K-CMD, which is the DSP for Kent County. Since the TG affiliates to the NCCo Zone, it was included.

Each town that has a PD has a TG on the State TRS. However, these are used as Chit Chat Channels, or carry comms of sensitive nature that will not be streamed. No dispatching on Town/City PD TGs, except where indicated.
