I have a Bearcat BC-9000XLT scanner separate from my other scanners. My antenna is at 50 feet up on my tower and I plan on scanning the following frequencies:

154.920 Local Highway Patrol (operations in and around Freeborn County)

154.475 Statewide Emergency
