Thanks for the comments on providing Police and/or Sheriff coverage. Couple things. I want this to just be fire coverage only as while it can be quiet for long periods of time, when it gets busy I don't want law Enforcement traffic to clutter it up ( and they talk a lot). I may put a separate scanner online to provide Santa Cruz SO ( Sheriff) coverage, but I do have a hard time getting Santa Cruz city from Boulder Creek. To cover Santa Cruz good, need to cover boardwalk, lifeguards, harbor patrol etc. They just don't make it will up here clear, or at all.
