HRCC (Hancock County Regional Communications Center) is the regional PSAP that takes all calls for the Hancock County fire and EMS departments, the departments on the west tower (located on Blue Hill Mt.) are Brooklin, Brooksville, Blue Hill, Deer Isle, Castine, Penobscot, Sedgewick and Stonington Fire Departments (all volunteer) as well as Bucksport and Ellsworth FD's. The south tower and north tower are also covered, but may be scratchy at times.
EMS services covered include: Peninsula Ambulance (located in Blue Hill), Memorial Ambulance ( Located in Deer Isle) and various first-responders in the county.
Ambulance to hospital traffic witll not be broadcast.
