Monitoring The Norfolk Southern Pocahontas District, from The Elkhorn Inn. Should be able to receive from Welch-Elkhorn, WV. Channels to be monitored will be AAR 36 160.650 and possibly AAR 22 160.440 which is the Princeton-Deepwater District dispatcher.
