Alameda County Fire Departments Feed consists of providing coverage for all fire districts of Alameda County, which consits of covering the cities and unincorporated area's of Alameda, Berkeley, Piedmont, San Lorenzo, San Leandro, Ashland, Hayward, Castro Valley, Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton, Sunol, Fremont, Newark, and Union City.
Oakland Fire Department is no longer able to be broadcasted on this feed. Since they switched to their P25 system, all I pick up is garbled transmissions from there P25 digital radios. All other cities in the jurisdiction of ALCO are still coverered.
The scanner is a Radioshack PRO-163, located in San Lorenzo, with a roof mounted antenna on a single family residence.
