This feed monitors the channels used to talk to AirComm in Omaha. It monitors LifeNet and MercyOne rotor wing aircraft. Spectrum involves VHF, Air, and 800 Mhz frequencies.

This feed will monitor the channels used to talk to AirComm in Omaha. It involves both VHF, Air, and 800 Mhz frequencies. This involves multiple counties: Adams, Cass, Fremont, Mills, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, Taylor, Union.
AirCom provides communication services for both our hospital- and community-based programs in the Omaha service area. This includes helicopter bases in Omaha and Clarinda. The main frequencies will be 155.325 and 160.185. It will also monitor 122.800 for rural airport area approach. At this moment, there are not any talkgroups that will be utilized, but it is possible in the future. The antenna will be 115 ft AGL on a tower in Villisca, Iowa, Montgomery County.
There would not be any Hospital to EMS radio traffic on this feed. It would be monitoring the dispatch of the air EMS services in this area, including enroute, on approach, etc., and their communications with their central dispatch.
