The computer is currently plugged into our station radio and is set up to send text messages in the event of a tone. I figured that since we have a radio and computer dedicated to this then why not make it available online too. The computer is on all the time and it is connected to the sound card from the our base radio. It will monitor Belgrade's fire and EMS calls. Oakland, Rome and Sidney are also on our frequency so it will monitor them as well.
