This is the K0ECS repeater located in Johnson County, KS on 145.47 it is used by ham radio operators during severe weather as the spotter repeater for the county. It is also utilized for other special events and for routine "rag-chewing"  This feed has a 45 second to 1 minute delay and should not be relied on for timely severe weather notifications.
