This feed will consist solely of the transmitted audio signal of the WB9TLH repeater in Bloomington (Monroe County) Indiana. The repeater output frequency is 146.640 Mhz. The receiver is a Uniden scanner set to a single channel. The audio of the receiver is fed to a Sony Laptop running Unbuntu Linux and the software is DarkIce. This will be a mono 16 kbps feed and the software will be configured to use a 3000 Hz low-pass filter. The WB9TLH repeater is the the primary repeater of Monroe County ARES and Skywarn nets. In addition, this repeater is available for local Amateur Radio use.
