Using a handheld Radio Shack Scanning Receiver Pro-83 scanner plugged in to the line input port on my soundcard broadcasting using Scanner Cast from RadioReference.com.

Scanning the following dispatch channels:

  1. Bladen County Fire (Primary, and any traffic will override the other channels)
  2. Bladen County EMS
  3. Bladen County Sheriff
