146.940 Mhz K5FTW based out of Fort Worth, Texas. This is the primary frequency used by Fort Worth and Tarrant County Skywarn, RACES (Radio Amateurs in Civil Emergency Service), and ARES (Amateur Radio Emergency Service). The backup amateur radio repeater frequencies used by local RACES and ARES include 147.140 Mhz, 146.760 Mhz and 146.680 Mhz, 147.100 Mhz, 145.110 Mhz and on UHF 444.100 Mhz.
